This course is ideal for educators teaching children aged 4 – 18, including teachers, school leaders, and educational professionals interested in integrating well-being practices into their teaching.

Maria Del Monte is a Bachelor in Pedagogy and an Educational Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology of learning and language disorders. She is also a certified music therapist and mindfulness practitioner, with expertise in integrating arts and mindfulness techniques to enhance well-being in educational settings. Maria has extensive experience in both formal and non-formal education. She has worked as a primary and high school teacher, as well as an educational psychologist in both clinical and educational contexts. Over the past three years, she has served as a teacher trainer for Erasmus+ programs, focusing on strategies to foster well-being in the classroom. Her approach emphasizes the use of artistic and therapeutic methodologies to promote emotional and cognitive development. Maria is passionate about helping educators create inclusive, supportive, and enriching learning environments, leveraging innovative techniques to address the diverse needs of learners.
