Schools/organizations with Erasmus funding may need specific documents, such as:

  • Confirmation letter of acceptance by the course provider
  • Learning agreement
  • Europass

Confirmation letter

Download the pre-filled Confirmation letter document and complete it. Send it for a signature to Euneos at courses@euneos.eu.

Learning agreement

Please ask your National Agency for the template. After getting the Learning Agreement, you need to fill it in yourself as much as possible. You will find the necessary Euneos company information here, and on the course page, you will find information about the learning outcomes, activities (programme), etc.

Europass

Europass is a personal document to record knowledge and skills acquired in another European country. To obtain a Europass document, please contact your own National Europass Centre.

If you are interested in making a Europass mobility document for yourself, your school will need to apply for Europass first. Your school is the sending organisation. Euneos Oy is the Host partner.

After getting the Europass, you need to fill it in yourself as much as possible. You will find the necessary Euneos company information here, and on the course page, you will find information about the learning outcomes, activities (programme), etc.
