Lead-in course online

With Euneos, you can start your Erasmus+ course online now! Our lead-in courses are introductions to the on-site courses and can be funded by organisational support of the Erasmus+ grant. Consult your National Agency of Erasmus+ programme.

Educational visits and cultural program will be offered to those who have participated in the lead-in unit if they don’t want to repeat the same themes in the on-site course. The price paid for a lead-in course will be taken out of your onsite course fee. The course can also be an independent entity of learning with certificate.

The lead-in course Coaching Strategies is intended for teachers registered and planning their on-site coaching course. It is also targeted to teachers interested in finding out how  coaching competences can support 21st century education.

This course will:

Course Program :  22-24 January 2021

  • Friday 22: 16.00-17.30 Helsinki Time (90 min)
  • Saturday 23: 10.00-12.00 Helsinki Time (120 min)
  • Sunday 24: 11.00-12.30 Helsinki Time (90 min)
    The rest of the learning will be self-paced & peer learning organized and monitored in Google classroom. Altogether 16 hrs.

Fee: 160 € + VAT 38,40 €. VAT 0% when registering with a VAT-number/fiscal code.

  • Experimental training learn by doing approach ; •Individual and group exercises for self evaluation Systemic Approach & Solution Focused model for learning; Learning partner / peer coaching; •Supervised coaching sessions; •Demonstration, invited speakers and thematic workshops ( demonstrations from Finnish schools, teachers’ coachers); • Creating output; •Working individually or in groups on a concrete product to be used in their own school; •Our approach is experiential, focusing mostly on practice.; •Participants are asked to come prepared with real class challanges they want to solve during the program, aspirations and / or ambitions; • course participants commit themselves with everyday tasks and self- learning tools

Validation

The course participants will get a Certificate of active participation.

The competences acquired will be validated by the course organisers on the Europass mobility.

Accommodation and meals

Participants take care of booking their hotel. Euneos will give advice for hotels in different price categories. Participants are free in choice of hotels and restaurants. Accommodation to be paid directly by participants to hotels and restaurants
